UI bug: Menu element position on [alt] or hover

Windows 8.1 / Brackets 1.0

When in fullscreen mode, the menu elements (file, edit etc) moves slightly upwards when pressing [alt] key or hovering them.

This bug does not occur if running in windowed mode.

@haabe I'm not able to reproduce. Are you using any Windows Theme or 3rd Party Windows Theme Tool?

@JeffryBooher Nope. The only thing I can think of is that I had to set the Display scaling manually to avoid blurry text (see http://www.askvg.com/fix-bold-blurry-or-hard-to-read-font-problem-in-windows-8-1/)

It is set to 100%
