New File blocks sidebar context menu from completely showing

I ran into this issue while I was doing the repro steps for #9337.

OS: Mac OSX Mavericks

Brackets Version: Release 0.44 development build 0.44.0-0 (master 0af32ae)

Repro Steps:

1. Open an empty project
2. Right click file in project tree and select "New File".
3. While the newly created file still has the Rename highlight on it, right click anywhere on the Sidebar.

Observed Results:
A tiny version of the project tree context menu appears, then disappears, near the location of the right click.

Expected Results:
Either the context menu doesn't show at all or it displays fully.

I can reproduce it in prior releases. So set it to low priority.
