This was a great feature of visual studio that I miss with Brackets: After editing a source document, find in files will point to the wrong line.
Consider searching for all "FIXME" comments across all project files and removing them. If there is more than one in a file then, as you remove them, the Find in Files pane line numbers no longer match the document so clicking on them will select the wrong line (and text).
This is probably the case for "Find" as well as "Find in Files"
