Hmm... you sure it's just not finding .exe filenames that happen to be in the path then? Doesn't seem like a deliberately intended user-facing behavior if you have to know to type the low-level filename... |
I believe there is a "run" command section in the registry that you register your app with. This isn't a high priority. |

It's a best practice but a low priority. |
