[Context menu on Working Files]: Context menu on Working Files area should be enlarged to prevent unnecessary wrap.

Steps:

1. Launch Brackets.
2. Edit a file and right click this file from working files area.

Result:
Save As and its shortcuts are wrapped into two lines.

Expected:
They should stay in one line.

ENV: English Win OS , Japanese Win&MAC OS
Build: 0.30.0-8837

Notes:
This issue now happens in English and Japanese languages.
But in English, it only reproduces in Win OS, not MAC OS.
In Japanese OS, it reproduces in both Win and MAC OS.
