If you remove displayKey for Decrease Font Size shortcut, it will show up as Ctrl++ on Window.

1. Open base-config\keyboard.json and remove line 161 that has "displayKey": "Cmd-−".
2. Make sure you also remove the ending comma from line 160.
3. Quit and restart Brackets.
4. Look at View menu.

Result: You will see two Ctrl++ -- one for Increase Font Size and the other for Decrease Font Size.
