GET errors in dev console when running unit tests

1. Open the unit test window
2. Open the dev tools from the unit test window
3. Run one of the test suites

Result: Two failed GETs show up in the dev tools, for Inspector.json and main.less. Looks like LiveDevelopment is handling the appReady that the spec runner dispatches, but is missing something that would let it actually initialize.

I think the path to those files (in brackets/src/LiveDevelopment) is correct from Brackets, but incorrect from Spec Runner.
