Description

[Brackets auto-update] The UAC pop up is show to user even if user click on cancel in windows installer dialogue when it shows "Preparing to install".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch brackets 1.13.
2. Go to Help Menu.
3. Click on Check for Updates
4. Click on Get it Now button
5. Download complete update info bar will appear
6. Click on Restart
7. Brackets will close.
8. Windows Installer dialogue will appear.
9. Click on Cancel.
10. Wait for sometime, it will show UAC dialogue.

Expected behavior: No UAC dialogue should be shown to user.

Actual behavior:[Brackets auto-update] The UAC pop up is show to user even if user click on cancel in windows installer dialogue when it shows "Preparing to install".

I am having the same problem on Windows 10 Home 1803 with the current Brackets release.

Was this fixed by any means?
