Description
Not able to check for updates when using proxy server.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect to proxy server.
Launch brackets 1.12
Go to Help->Check for Updates
Error dialogue appears stating connect to internet.

Expected behavior: User should be allowed to check for updates and download updates even if user is using server.

Actual behavior: Not able to check for updates when using proxy server.

Note : This would affect lot of enterprise users as they would not get the update.
