Live Preview (Connecting To Browser)

When I do live preview for my project on Chrome browser the page doesn't load and it appears like that >>> https://imgur.com/X7E1R4L. (*NOTICE: The place where we write http://www... etc. Is filled with wrong position because my file which i'm working on isn't there.) When I return to the Brackets I find this window >>> https://imgur.com/5Zcs9i6 and I'v tried to "Relaunch Chrome" it didn't work.

@Mohamede2811 It seems brackets is trying to launch the launch.html because there is something wrong in the file when you are trying to launch. When you click on live preview, the file opened in editor is an html file ?
Could you share some gif of the behaviour.

I was having major Live Preview fails until I deleted W3Cvalidator plugin, console mentioned timeouts for it
