Unify Brackets title-bar with menu-bar

OK, i want menu bar and toolbar be in there. that i show in picture.
in original brackets UI they are except and it takes a little more vertical space.

It's a great idea, I really liked this UI "improvement". But, in titlebar shows file name and path, if the file path is "foo/bar/foobar/foofoo/other_folder/bar.ex", the Brackets will show "foo/bar/foobar/foofoo/other_folder/bar.ex - Brackets".
My suggestion, in title-bar, shows only menu-bar and "Brackets". And file "path+name" only shows in actual local (in top of document), and moving the menu-bar to title-bar.

I also would like to keep relative path (to project) of file and it must be able to selected and copied by user. Because it is too difficult find a way to get full path of file in big project.
