Problem with displaying characters in the documentation

In Help, in the documentation, formulas are not displayed and apparently there are problems with some symbols. For example, in the manual - D'Agostino, in Help - D’Agostino.

Right now, the help system is html that was automatically converted from the Word source of the manual.

Alternative solution is to link directly to pdf of the manual, that can be opened in Java using, e.g., pdf.js. Optimally, to be able to link to specific sections of the manual, but a link to a specific page can also be fine. We should only take care that no more than one window with manual is opened at any time.
