Ability to configure donation per point via web interface

It would have been nice to have the ability to decrease the amount going to charity when we realised how popular the game was and increased the max donation to charity. Seeing the donations to charity increase was definitely an incentive to play so it was a shame that the limit was hit long before the end of the event.
