The problem

Messages added are static which limits what we can do with it. Ex. tag the creator of the pr in the message

The solution

We can make messages dynamic by providing special predefined place holders.

Just in case this helps, this action seems to do what folks have been asking for:

Maybe this action can get inspiration from that actions logic?
