Missing documentation for node20 support

Describe the bug

• actions/runner@2.308.0 added support for node20 from PR Add node20 to runner #2732

Only node16 is available for JavaScript actions according to runs.using for JavaScript actions.

To Reproduce

Read runs.using for JavaScript actions.

Expected behavior

Please add node20 to the documentation runs.using for JavaScript actions so that it is aligned to the runner release.
