This change will be rolled out over a period of several weeks beginning in September 25th, 2024. We plan to complete the migration by October 30th , 2024.

PSA for Ruby on Rails users: the Ubuntu 24.04 image does not come with SQLite included, so if you have runner actions trying to bundle install sqlite, they will fail without also purposefully installing sqlite as an additional step.

(not sure where this might get the best visibility, so feel free to advertise wherever you see fit)
