BioImage Analyst 🔍

In 2019 I started my PhD at National Centre for Biotechnology(CNB-CSIC) in Madrid in the Biocomputing Unit. My research involved the development and application of bioimage analysis methods for optical and correlative microscopy images. Strong background in open-source image analysis, computer vision and software developement. Currently working as bioimage analyst at Confocal Microscopy Unit at Spanish National Cancer Research Center-CNIO.
