[NuGet] ProductPricing.GetItemOffersBatch() fails with 'Requested MarketPlaceId is invalid, unsupported or does not exist.'

I believe this is due to a change in the QueryParams format that Amazon is expecting, as detailed here.

Since we are using the NuGet package, we are relying on that to be updated with the fix ASAP, as this is central to our business.
