Provide an explorer-style tree in resource view(s)

I would like to see a tree view to help navigate very large codebase with several 100K resources. Ideally it would be first available in the Resources list view on the left of the screen.

Large codebases with this many files are common for Java and JavaScript-based web applications both on the development/From and the deployed/To sides.
