Samsung S Pen SDK Binding

This is an untested sample for Samsung S Pen SDK. Since this software is
not freely available, we cannot include the actual Java library
(libspen20.jar) in the repository, nor add sample port here.

To build the binding, you have to add the missing jar into build.
This project contains a set of metadata which should help building the dll.
