Updated links in the "Use the tabindex attribute" post.

Updated examples because has changed from w3.org/TR/ to w3.org/WAI/ARIA/
Removed the en-US from https://developer.mozilla.org links as it will then load the documentation in user's preferred language developer.mozilla.org
