train for detection

hi
i cant this code for detection ? i have some question ,
why we dont use ssd_mobilenet for detection ? why only use mobilenet for detection ? is it not for classification task? i downloaded "mobilenet_width_1.0_preprocessing_same_as_inception" and i use Own it's check point in the directory check-point in train_object_detector.py , but when i ran the file i get this error :

i saw this not work , i downloaded ssd_mobilenet , i used own it's check point ,this worked good , but the Error sticking to 25 . why ?
my system : ubuntu 16.04 , tensorflow 1.4 , python 3.5 , i use kitti dataset
