feat: Add menu customization and database notes functionality

This PR introduces two new user-facing UI features to enhance customization and data management capabilities:

• Menu Customization: Added a new settings tab allowing users to customize menu colors
• Database Notes: Added a notes field in the Network submenu's Player Database tab for user annotations

✨ Features Added

Menu Customization Tab

• Location: Settings → Menu Customization
• Color Format Support: RGBA, HSVA, and HEX color formats
• UI Components: Interactive color wheel for intuitive color selection
• Purpose: Allows users to personalize their interface appearance

Database Notes Field

• Location: Network submenu → Player Database tab
• Functionality: Text field for adding notes about users
• Current Limitation: Does not support word wrapping (noted for future improvement)
