I noticed that there are pre-defined 128 diagnosis labels, while the entire MIMIC data has ~6,xxx diagnosis. What is the rational for restricting to 128 pre-defined labels only, and why 128? I guess those are the most common diagnosis labels? I couldn't find this detail in the paper so am curious about this choice. Thank you!
