Phenotyping task generated data has missing labels

After running the scripts to build the dataset for Phenotyping task I realized labels were missing for: insufficency, arrest (adult), septicemia (except in labor) and shock.
After running the tests for checking whether the benchmark datasets were generated correctly, I realized they were not. So I deleted everything and ran the process again but the result was the same.
What am I missing here? All the other labels appear with the exception of these 4.
