remove clearlag and see if you can still reproduce. |
I highly doubt it's clear lag. It was working fine on Paper with Clearlag. Only broke since Yatopia |

Thing is my clear lag plugin doesn't actually clear entities. I just use it for mob caps, so that's another reason why it won't be that |

Clearlag allows mobs per chunk limits though, that's the main reason really. Might look into if i really need it tho. But yeah unrelated either way |

I can confirm this happens also on Paper sometimes. |
Expected behavior
Items not to despawn until the chunk is loaded and a certain amount of time has passed, just like Vanilla.
Observed behavior
Item's despawning almost immediately leaving players who die to return to their place of death with no items waiting for them.
Steps to reproduce (if known)
Absolutely no clue whatsoever. It just seemed to have happened whenever we switched from Paper to Yatopia.
