setClosableOutside destroy the current activity

setClosableOutside close the current activity when touch the non button area and go back to the previous activity.. please take a look

try this:

public void onBackPressed() {
if (mMenuDialogFragment != null && mMenuDialogFragment.isAdded()) {
mMenuDialogFragment.dismiss();
} else{
finish();
}
}
