Allow AppInsights Publisher to use AvailabilityTelemetry instead of Custom Events

Would it be possible to add a switch to allow the publisher to register availability telemetry publishers instead so that the availability checking and alerting is automatically hooked up in app insights?

It's already apart of the telemetry client so no new dependencies would need to be taken, I'd be happy to submit a PR for this.

I like it :-) We need to mantain compatibily on this, can you add options to configured the publisher to mantain ( as default ) current TrackEvent or select TrackAvailability?
