更新至3.10.4以上版本的，都没法访问twitter。但其他如youtube等可以!

3.10.4及以下版本，ipv6模式，访问youtube，twitter等毫无问题。
但一旦更新到3.10.4以上版本，如3.10.8，3.11.1等都无法访问twitter。但其他如youtube等可以访问。
以上不管是GAE还是全局代理，3.10.4以上版本twitter都不行。
不知道是啥原因？！

3.10.8 参考 #10048 可用
3.10.4 及以下、3.8.4版（证书与后续版本不同。。。），偶尔不正常，不知道是啥原因？——除了 GFW 还能有谁？
