(mounts): Load mount page and produce IDs and names of mounts

The code base requires a method that looks up a page and iterates over it to ascertain mount IDs and names.

Use Case

As a consumer of the module I should be able to get the mount IDs and mount names on a character page.

Proposed Solution

Using Pupeteer or some other headless browser, I should be able to run in a lambda code to retrieve the mount IDs and names from a character page.
