When you go underwater, starting from height 50, any resource pack that has Parallax Occlusion Mapping (POM) glitches out and show a weird black texture when you approach any block.
The screenshot below shows exactly the transition between the glitched sand and the normal sand.
Other blocks are also affected:
I have tried using both Pixlli and rotrBLOCKS. Disabling POM on the shaderpack settings fixes the issue.
