You enabled "Render Cloud as Fog" on the Fog section.
If enabling this option, you need to increase the Fog Samples in order for clouds to look right. This heavily impacts your performance.

okay i did but it still looks kinda off. Still looks a little bit weird. Can i fix that?

You can go to Cloud settings and increase its resolution.
