In the LODs created by Distant Horizons the colour of grass and leaves changes to a very bright green, pink or blue (dependent on the current season) when they are covered with snow

Go to a snowy area
Leave the area so DH loads LODs of that area
Go to the shader settings > Climate Settings > Seasons > Seasonal Colours > ON
if it is happening on content from a mod, list what mod, and what content of that mod it happens on.
