Problem

Currently, suggesting a new source requires a GitHub account. When you click on the "Suggest a new source" button on the Sources page, you are redirected to the GitHub page creating an issue. To submit it, you would need to have a GitHub account.

Description

We could add a page with a Google form for adding sources on the frontend, similar to the current Feedback form.

Alternatives

We could also add an indication that the button opens a GitHub page and expect only tech-savvy users to suggest sources.
