Problem

Openverse.org helps people attribute the sources of their work. However, it itself does not have a page attributing the various underlying open source technologies that Openverse is built with.

Description

Add a section to the about page listing the open source technologies that Openverse is built with.

Imo this page should be added to the Openverse docs as it's seems something that's more relevant to developers compared to the end-user. So "📄 aspect: text" would be more applicable. Also, this can be a "good first issue"/"help wanted" once the discussion has concluded.

While I agree with having a page for this and fully support the idea, it's worth stressing that none of the projects we use or build upon require attribution.
