Why do the catalog tests run in their own one-off container rather than using DC?

The issue with this approach is that the configuration for the running Airflow container is contained in two places. If it's indeed necessary to run the tests this way, I'd like to open an issue to document the fact both in the compose file and in the catalog justfile so that folks running tests are made amply aware of the fact.

Whoops, I totally mis-read this recipe. It uses just run from the root justfile which does indeed run them inside of DC. Closing this discussion, apologies!
