When running off battery power, there is no documentation on the state of the 5V rail. In my experience, the 5V rail is less than 3V on a fully charged battery. I suspect this is because there is a diode dropping the battery voltage.

Giving the docs side of this a p1 label, though if there is a hardware concern, we should have a separate issue tracking that in WildernessLabs/Meadow_Issues too.
