Confluence Cloud: Add delta migration support for new content types (whiteboard, database, ...)

Confluence doesn't return change information anymore by default for contents of new types (whiteboard, database, folder, smart link), thus making the check for changes fail.

This would need to be adjusted. Hopefully by an API expand option provided by Atlassian, or by getting each single content one by one.
