Hi, I've a problem/bug if I'm in my claim, and someone ban me from entering their claim, I'm kicked from my own claim, is there a way to disable this? or is it like a bug?

to explain better what happened:
I was standing in my own claim while another player banned me from their claim, and I got kicked out of my own claim
