Change the metric of CSDI validation stage back to the same as the original

Issue description

The current CSDI implementation uses imputation error to evaluate and select models as other imputation models in PyPOTS like SAITS. But the original implementation uses denosing loss.

Also, the CSDI dataset has problems with loading from data file.
