A more streamlined or buffed series of Warcraft 3 events?

Playing through various characters I noticed that a lot of the events can't actually happen.

Choosing Arthas and having him become Lich King can lead to Dalaran never being invaded, him never meeting Kel'thuzad, Illidan never being released, Quel'Thalas being entirely unharmed, and no one outside of Lordearon actually caring to attack the Scourge.

Arthas simply returns to Northend unprompted and despite being sent into a sleep nothing really happens. Garithos, and no one else for that matter, don't rebel and with the resources gained you can mostly just idle up to Mist of Panderia before you begin to lose control.

I suggest additions to the event series such as a forced meeting with Kel'thuzad and if the option to go Northend is taken maybe have Arthas spawn with an army near Quel'Thalas or Dalaran to kick off the invasion proper.

During the sleep have the Scourge civil war occur with the potential for the Forsaken, Scarlet Crusade, and Argent Dawn to spawn.

A lot of interesting challenges just don't seem to happen unless you start at specific spawn dates or are really on point with coordination.
