Alright so my suggestion is basically to create a system similiar to the twilight hammer cult society that allows you to turn prisoners into mechagnomes and also an ability that functions similiarly to the twilight hammer cult develop mutation that adds robotic enchancements up until a point you are considered a mechagnome(with the full mechanization being in a similiar vein to https://wow.gamepedia.com/King_Mechagon and a almost complete mechanization similiar to https://wow.gamepedia.com/Prince_Erazmin)

also perhaps a special goverment type for Mechagon based off this https://wow.gamepedia.com/Mechagon_mechagnome
also maybe have https://wow.gamepedia.com/Mechagon_City as a great work

Not sure about the cult, but I would add such an option; getting rid of the Curse of Flesh is a wet dream of every titan-forged.

We added the Hive government later... now, this. The mod slowly becomes Stellaris.
