Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible:
Some vassals occasionally decide to leave a centralised Alliance despite them being direct vassals using the same lines as if it was the pre-political faction Alliance. This can occur on vassals you yourself have created (Such as creating the Kingdom of Mulgore and its associated titles, giving it to a lord and the lord leaving, taking all the titles with him.)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Seems to be caused by low opinion but no consistency. Merchant Republics, Magocracies and Tribal Monarchies have all done it but I have not seen any common link other than less than +20 opinion.

Doesn't sound like bug. Kingdoms can leave the Horde/Alliance.

Even post centralisation and you forced an enemy into being your vassal through war or handing out your own titles?
