Draft TPAC agenda for WICG call on Related Website Sets #235

We have a dedicated WICG session for this proposal at TPAC on Friday, September 27, 1-2pm. We'd like to solicit topics for that session.

Here is a draft agenda to begin with:

Discuss @DCtheTall's proposal to allow third-party vendors to request a shared partition across sites within an RWS.
Discuss my proposal to update the RWS submission process to modify the rationaleBySite free text fields to structured enumerations. This is also somewhat adjacent to a previous request in Domains state purpose for being in First-Party Set #28.
