Ok so we have so many Windows that you can open with this app. The Main WFInfo window, Relics, Equipment, Settings and the Theme adjuster. There is already an implementation for the overlay function of the Relic screen but why is WFInfo a complete different Window. An Implementation of all the screens, perhaps except the Main WFInfo window, as an in game overlay that you can bring up like the Steam overlay would be appropriate at this point. This would also solve the border less window thing that is recommend to use. With the already used NET and Cs it should be possible without using something like Overlay.NET.
I'm not sure how Warframe Support would handle such a Feature because an external program is one thing but a straight up overlay might be against policy but with the Relic screen not being a problem I think this wouldn't be as well.

From the old conversations I've read, the reason WFInfo isn't a true overlay is due to that requiring injecting into the Warframe process, which is deemed not worth the risk. That said, the new EULA is not quite as strictly worded so there's a possibility that on its own is no longer problematic.
