"Revert to this version" does not restore media duration/publish date

Media information such as duration and publish date is lost if an unavailable media link is removed. There does not appear to be any way to restore it, whether by normal editing, or moderator 'revert to this version' button, although the information is still stored in the previous version.

To Reproduce (optional)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find unavailable link with stored duration/date
2. Delete link, then re-add link

Expected behavior (optional)

Any way to restore this data to the present revision, whether automatically, or mod revert for example

• Searched VocaDB/vocadb for duplicate issues.
• Tested on the beta site.

  - [ ] Checked in private mode.
  - [ ] Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  - [ ] Checked the DevTools console.
  - [ ] Checked the syslog (mods+ only).

Related behavior observed on this page: Reverting a voicebank entry does not restore release date, although this is easy to restore manually.
May be possible to proactively find bugs by reverting various entry types on the test site.
