Fetch topics from backend and use them on frontend

Description

Currently, we are using hard-coded values for displaying topics on the front end.

We want to fetch this data from the backend.

• Make a route for fetching topics data from the backend.
• Make an API call from the front end to that route.
• Use that data on the frontend instead of hard-coded data.
