create a g8 template with the project.scala file and also add it to new project wizard in Metals.

I see a problem here in that the g8 template wont be able to generate a correct .bsp/scala.json file because it needs absolute paths

@liosedhel here is the issue about what you suggested. We could revisit this as it should be quite easy to do.

We could do a simple class with munit tests setup maybe?
