With git commit, there is an argument to specify an author just for the next commit using --author=J. Doe <jdoe@example.com>.1

This could be useful for determining if a commit was made manually or with the Obsidian Git plugin.

I will probably add a text field to pass custom args to the commit command. This should solve #237 better as well.
