I'm a PhD student in Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome, currently visiting ETH Zurich. My research studies user behavior in distributed systems — how people actually use blockchains and decentralized social networks — and I like turning that research into working protocols and infrastructure.

What I'm building

  • BigBrotr — open-source observability infrastructure for the Nostr protocol, funded by an OpenSats grant. It archives events, monitors relays, and enables network-wide analysis.
  • MeltyFi — a DeFi protocol for NFT-collateral lending via lottery mechanics: no floor-price oracle, no forced liquidation.
  • nSealr — a non-profit, open-source project for Nostr signing devices, with reproducible firmware, companion software, and hardware blueprints.

I also contribute to the Nostr protocol specifications (NIPs) and enjoy building at hackathons — smart contracts, cryptographic systems, and full-stack prototypes.
